COPPERKEY ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO

High tech veteran Rick Gibson to lead predictive marketing software firm to next level

April 26, 2007 – Phoenix, AZ – CopperKey, Inc, a fast growing web-based predictive marketing software and solutions company, has appointed a new chief executive.

Dr. David Castillo, CopperKey’s founder and Chairman of its board of directors, announced that high tech veteran and company director Rick Gibson will take over as President and Chief Executive Officer. “Through the past few months we’ve been looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial professional who can convert CopperKey’s technical advantage in automated predictive analytics into rapid and sustainable market growth,” said Castillo. “As it turns out, we had to look no further than our board and are delighted that Rick has accepted the position.”

Gibson has more than 30 years experience building fast-growth technology companies. He co-founded Knowledge Adventure, which was sold to Cendant for $100 million, and GNP Development, which was sold to Lotus Development Corp. Gibson also worked alongside high tech pioneer Bill Gross in building Idealab, which incubated and launched a series of successful technology companies.

“With the technology increasingly being used, and appreciated, by a cross section of recognized customers, it was exciting to realize I could make a difference by leading the company to the next level,” said Gibson. “CopperKey, like a lot of technology innovators, has been slightly ahead of the market, but has taken leadership of a hot new market segment – automated analytics – that is now attracting the attention of key industry players. We have the opportunity to set an industry standard by partnering with, and supporting, these companies, but that will require rapid expansion of our service, marketing and customer support capabilities.”

CopperKey’s BizFusion™ web-based software automates the critical process of identifying an organization's best customers. Essentially working like an intelligent search engine for customer data, end users can use point-and-click options to search a customer database to obtain insight about key attributes and rank customers against up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. BizFusion™ also allows end users to search pre-defined third-party databases, and based on best customer attributes, obtain ranked lists of "look-a-like" prospects.

“These days, the Internet has created increasingly fierce and fluid competition that is forcing companies to learn more about their customers and prospects so that they can become more efficient and effective in targeting and communicating with them,” said Gibson. “The era of shotgun marketing, where less than a one percent response rate was considered acceptable, is quickly coming to an end. We now can provide an easy-to-use, but sophisticated, tool that enables sales and marketing professionals to target prospects most likely to buy at local, regional and national levels, and tune their campaigns in real time, on the fly.”

CopperKey partners include direct marketing leaders such as Experian Group Limited, AcquireWeb Inc., Red Clay Media LLC, Main Event Marketing LLC and Vision Multimedia Solutions LLC.
