Robert Wood
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Wood brings twenty-five years of experience in diversified operational and financial experience, including business start-ups, mergers/acquisitions, capital infusions, organizational restructurings, financial/tax planning and corporate growth.
For the last 10 years Robert has managed Robert Wood & Associates, LLC, his own corporate financial consulting company, which has served clients such as Wasatch Venture Fund and many of its portfolio companies, including CopperKey, Inc. Robert, a CPA, earned a Juris Doctor as well as an M.B.A from the University of Utah.
